Since 1978, RCI has managed and administered the water rights for Great Basin Water Company and its predecessors in the Pahrump Valley.
Over 180 Permits Are Maintained
Over 180 permits are maintained in good standing through RCI’s services. Our work includes evaluation of water rights offered to the utility for service, preparing and filing changes to permit suitable rights for service by Great Basin, and maintaining the permits in good standing as they proceed towards beneficial use.
