RCI has managed and maintained the water rights held by Carson City for the past 15 years. The City has a diverse group of water sources, including wells, surface streams, and recharge credits. These sources are from four different hydrographic regions. Their water rights are further complicated by regional, inter-county and water basin connections with Douglas County and Lyon County.
