Town of Minden Water Rights Engineer since 1978
RCI has served as the water rights engineer for the Town of Minden since 1978. During this time, the Town’s water system has grown significantly, and Minden is now a regional water supplier to Douglas County, Indian Hills, and Carson City, as well as the Town of Minden itself.
60 Water Permits Have Been Changed
The water rights associated with this system and the changes required to procure water permits to serve it are significant. A total of 60 water permits have been changed over the past 7 years to accommodate this regional supply. These permits were all filed and are administered on behalf of the Town of Minden by RCI.
